Thanks :)

I'll try to give it a go before STGT, but most likely I won't be able to give it the love it deserves until after the tournament.

Lots of pictures, and I forgot to photo the Ikari III pcb. Oh well. I'll need my new firebug built supergun before I can play these rotaries. But for now they look purdy. I have the ROMs and HDD for Area 51 as well but haven't converted the motherboard over yet.

GI Joe arrived yesterday, still quite a few things on the way or being worked out. Getting close to having 95% of the PCB's I want, or so I tell myself at least.

What's the list look like?

I've had GI Joe for a while, still need to test it out... Also one of my favorites, at least equal to Devastators as far as my enjoyment goes.

Dunno if it's been pointed out to you before, but it's a bad idea to run PCBs on top of anti-static bags.

They're conductive. There's a good chance of them causing a short circuit in the PCB :?

I've had no problems due to that. But I'll buy a batch of those JAMMA mounting brackets to elevate them instead of using the antistat bags.

Battle Circuit with CPS2 mobo. I found this one locally for sale and simply couldn't resist, even though I'm not a big fan of this game ; )

Picked up Brave Blade off of Ebay. Seems alright so far, but I haven't played a whole lot of it. Seemed like the settings on my board are awfully easy.

Dragon Blaze arrived today. Played a little bit of it, definitely good stuff. Got 3 more things on the way right now. Demolish Fist, Demon Front, and D&D Shadow over Mystara.

I did spot Arasoi's Michael Jackson's Moonwalker at the 2009 California Extreme show. Nice arcade game tribute to the King of Pop indeed. ^_~

Nice pickup on that Gate of Doom. Now you gotta find a Wizard Fire. I just picked it up a few months ago. I love those games. I actually love most everything Data East though. Out of my 100 plus PCB's, I own the most Data East shit.

I need to pick up Desert Assault again, I love the Data East music from the late 80s/early 90s.

Only stupid thing is that the US versions of the game uses really huge four pin connecter which is too big for the Egret II.

English version of Wizard Fire is rare, if you want to settle for the JP version they are cheap.

I have the English version of Wizard Fire. I could kick myself because I could have had it for $10 since the person selling it thought it was broken, and I told myself you don't need another PCB sitting around that is broken that you probably can't fix. Turns out the cabinet was broken, but I still ended up getting it anyway. Not for $10 though.

Wizards Fire is tops, I'm definitely gonna hunt down that one too sometime. Do you run cab/supergun/both caldwert? I haven't the room for a cab now, but sometime soon Im going to start putting my PCBs in some cabs and getting marquees.

I have 4 cabinets. One is at member Joe T.'s house. It was his originally then I bought it and don't have room for it so he still has it. I have an Astro City that I usually run vertically, an SNK MVSU-4 25" that I run MVS, Jamma, and CPS-2 on. Some Jamma shit is flaky when I use the jammaboards.com converter. Some Data East stuff runs right, all CPS-2 stuff runs right. Sega and Technos for sure don't want to work on it. Then I have a Sega Aero Table, which is more or less the pile of shit I need to sell table. The cabinet at Joe's house is a Sega Astro City which will be my horizontal cabinet once I get a place of my own, which won't be for a while unless I get a promotion at work. I might add some US cabinets at one point. I'm debating on picking up a Centipede and Heavy Barrel locally for around $350. Space is the issue there though.

That sounds excellent. I was hoping to get a JAMMA compatible cocktail cab, and maybe an Egret 2 at some point once a bit of space gets freed up. I figured Id save up some and get one of those JAMMA switchboxes for 8 pcbs and cycle ones in and out of the E2.
