Well, after blood sweat and nearly welling up from frustration the Twinsticks are DONE (well almost done, still need a graphic overlay). I added wires, I had to physically make mods to the circuitry, I almost screwed up the A button but I found a work around. I installed the Xbox button, I installed the headphone jack, and everything is working the way it is supposed too. Actually with a good PCB this time around, it actually feels more solid in responsiveness. The only thing that it doesn't have is the back button, but who really uses that? Overall, it wasn't fun and I am sick of this thing.

The headphone jack is a little rough and I need some filler to patch it up and sand it down to make everything smooth and seamless. So if anybody has any of that stuff, ill gladly take some off your hands. And around the Xbox button the plastic tore up and shows a little bit (I didn't have a big enough drill bit, so I used something I shouldn't have, stupid) . So Ill be fixing that too.

And if I can manage, I want to add some weight to the bottom. Make it more sturdy. Im going to see if I can get a custom print overlay for it too.

Oh, and jonny, I have a bunch of SNES games... but probably not the ones you want to play... also as promised, ill bring over some MVS games. See you Saturday.

Oh dear, that means Raiden and Specineff can't use their hidden move anymore.

They're not all that useful anyway. Raiden just blows up all of his armor so that his speed increases like mad. This move also causes Raiden's life to drop down to 10%.
Specineff's special move is a suicide move. He'll be invincible for 20 seconds, but if he cannot destroy the opponent before the time limit is up, he will self-destruct.

Well, all it means is another push button and I left the option there to add later. It wont take that long, its just the inconvenience of opening the thing up again... but then again, I have to do it anyways as I want to put in the vinyl overlay.

What I really need though is something that will harden with adhesive properties to plastic. Ill probably have to order it online or something. Actually I should ask over at the benheck forum. Somebody there will probably know.

Also, what about doing raidens special move when you only have 10 percent left? Does that still work? I have to try this... chasing raiden can be dangerous especially with the moving spread laser shot. At super speeds, hes probably uncatchable.

Sorry I didn't come to the meet. I had some other stuff to do in preparation to my mother's birthday.
Another thing: I've been cleaning up my room and I noticed the SuperGun I had put away for a long time due to lack of PCBs. Since I'm pretty much out of the whole PCB business, is there anything I can do to get these off my hands?

huzzah!!

i just 1cc'd neo driftout :D 8) :!:

only got me 7th on the high scores though....

damn you drakon!!

i gotta shave like 26 seconds to get 1st

and so it begins 8)

please try and come on saturday drakon....i would like to steal...ummm....err....observe your techniques

edit....just shaved like 5 seconds off my previous clear time....i can 1cc it consistently now....i seem to have more trouble with the 5th stage than the 6th for some strange reason....i hardly even make a mistake on the 6th stage....maybe its cuz ice is hard to drive on

that and the damn 'shortcut' on the 5th stage that throws you off a jump right into a 90degree turn and obviously because you are airborne you slam into the wall....i need to stop taking this shortcut

now i just need to dial everything in and stop fucking up on the 5th stage....i think thats where im losing a lot of time at this point

im coming for your ass drakon! 8)

shave another 5 seconds and i take 6th on the board 8)
