If you can open the gif using an animated gif / editor, I'm sure you could reduce the size to scale & fit as your 80x80 avatar. I've seen other guys do it before very easily.
Not sure how good it will look though.

There are tones of free gif editors out there, but even you happen to find one that’s not free one, you’ll only use it for just this one time, so you wont have problems with the time limit.
Just google it.

By the way, are you affiliated with Diabollokus from emuasylum in any way?
He had some pretty cool gifs too...

Yep, it's from the intro (though slightly edited, heh) of one of the Parodius games (I think it's from "Da!"); I think I got the original source from an animated GIF somewhere on this very site, so if you want a larger version of the original picture, just look around the review area...as far as "Mr. Twitchy" specifically, I only made him this one size.
