What are the differences between the various Qanba sticks?

Most interested in:

(1) Q2 vs. Q3 vs. Q4
- self explanatory. Not considering the Q1 now because it doesn't have Sanwa parts while Q2-Q4 do.

(2) What is RAF?
- What is RAF???

(3) 3-in-1 (PS/Xbox/PC) vs. 2-in-1 (PS/PC)
- mostly concerned if the 2-in-1 might have any significant differences with the 3-in-1 in terms of configuration or compatibility

FYI: Will be using the stick if ever almost exclusively for the PC.

^ Asking all of those because the Q4 3-in-1 is approximately $50 more expensive than the Q2 2-in-1, so if there is not a ton of difference between the stuff I listed above, maybe the Q2 2-in-1 can suffice.

I have the Q4 and love it. I never saw the Q2 anywhere expect online.

The only complain I have is that I might have big hands and the space between the ball top and the controller could be bigger. I have to do some inclination with my hand to be able to fit it. When I see Daigo's gameplay he can grab the whole thing (even he uses MadCatz) with his whole hand. So this might be a problem but I never saw another controller with more space.
