Well, it probably can't be as brainless as the Fast and Furious movies.
Probably.
On the subject of car racing movies, KAI, what did you think of the Wangan Midnight and Initial D live action movies?

Well, maybe at least it'll be a fun and shallow car racing movie, even if this trailer looks pretentious and pandering (full disclosure: I really liked the Wii version of NFS:The Run). F&F has been way too much into super-spy bullshit since the second one, so maybe this will fill that role. I loved the first one though-- I think it's actually underrated. The plot is preposterous, but it hits all the right notes and has great pacing, and I thought the auto racing scenes were well done (if really CGI'd). I really dig the melodrama and LA atmosphere, too.
yeah i'm actually kinda interested. a dramatized documentary about that terribly relevant part of gran turismo known as gt academy, being overseen by the devs/pubs of the games? surewhynot
Given their involvement in the first Need for Speed game years ago, Road and Track magazine has felt it necessary to issue a formal apology for any role they may have had in bringing this abomination to life:
sweet he gon go 2 jail and get rvenge and stuff it look real intens tbh I think racein games would b better w/ more prisn stories like smgglin rocks up there ass or w/e NWS extended trailer
