Rainy days gaming

Post by Obiwanshinobi »

I have a day off because of the weather, but I should stay home waiting for a call. I'd play some games, but I'm in no mood for anything too violent or even noisy. What would you play in such a situation? Or rather, what game comes to mind first?

P.S. A Shadow's Tale it is. I think the music does it for me. Second thought actually (first was Burnout 2... with Burnout 1 music).

Play Deadly Premonition concurrently with watching Twin Peaks. You can thank me later.

Made some progress in A Shadow's Tale, then thought Sub Rebellion might be the main course today. Now I regret not having bought Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the Future when it was convenient.

I agree. I remember playing, and almost finishing in mid to late September Dragon Quest VIII, Final Fantasy XII and both Digital Devil Saga games.

All Falcom games I played were action-adventures. Not a single jRPG.

The last time we had rain I stayed in and played Shadow of the Colossus. It was relaxing laying under a blanket while wandering the land for the colossus.

Samidare, duh.
Two working class dudes, one black one white, just baked a tray of ten cookies together.

An oligarch walks in and grabs nine cookies for himself.

Then he says to the white dude "Watch out for that black dude, he wants a piece of your cookie!"

Rainy days gaming? Pretty much anything from Nifflas is a must, save for Within a Deep Forest. Some of the areas in that game can give major rage, but everything else he's released is pretty spot on for rainy days gaming. Other than that I suggest arcade racing games like the Project Gotham Racing series.
