Well, since I work at a Brunswick Zone, most people would be surprised to know that 85% of Brunswick's business actually comes from...boats! We own Mercury Marine, Boston Whalers, and other major boat manufacturers.

Oh, and the average person inhales 8 spiders every year. True!

There are an infinite number of useless truths about the pencil on my desk. Here's another useless truth about the pencil on my desk:
The pencil on my desk is pointed at me.

Mercury's day is longer than its year

My car has done 157000 miles and has absolutely no record of mechanical maintenance. Its a mitsibushi and I've had it since new. :p
This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.

My wife's first car was a 1989 Ford Festiva (manufactured by then-unknown Kia...Ford's not getting the credit for this one). Her mom bought it new, put ~100,000 miles on it, then my wife inherited it in 1992. Had a new muffler put on it in 1994, and I replaced the rear wheel bearings in 1996. We sold it in 1999 with 265,000 miles. After that, I saw the new owners driving it around for about 3 more years. That car had one hell of a hamster under the hood.

This is debateable because scientists are naming strings of proteins and coming up with 3,000+ letter words just to piss people off like that :?
