WOW, it's been amazing: so many 2D shoot'em ups at this E3 for the new generation consoles. I'll have to start saving money to buy them all.

Honestly, that's the best looking verizontal shmup I've seen since Viewpoint.

Not sure it stole Gradius x Contra's thunder though. Bill Rizer piloting the Lord British Space Destroyer was pretty impressive stuff from Konami and Milestone. I like the way he can hold two weapons and freely switch between them, all from the cockpit.

Sorry, I know you're an NMK fan, but FACE's Nostradamus sequel, Nostradamus: End of Days looked like the better of the company resurrections. I particularly liked the hint at PCE Hani being a secret character.

Cave did have a display, although it was somewhat obscured by a bunch of 12 year old girls so I couldn't quite make out what was going on. Looks like they might be sticking with Microsoft tho, probably like the hardware lockdowns

Border Down 2 looks very impressive. G-rev's booth babes was hot too. Can't wait for their 10th anniversary HD release of Border Down as well.

This was a good year for E3. There's still hope for the gaming in the future.
