Very, very cool. All these shmup model kits showing up lately have been absolute class.

Had I the time, money, space and more time, I'd probably have a crack at a few of them. Ah well, only 40yrs till retirement then I can fiddle with model kits and play all the SNES RPGs.

I just noticed this...is that stand shaped like "The Embryon" - One of the final bosses?

Damn. I need to sell something in order to get this. Just not fair.

I'd probably do a different color...If I had 3, I'd do the Darius Force thing...Red, Blue, and Green.

There are also the old models floating on yahoo.jp, which were sold during the '80s (as merchandise for the first two games or just the first one). Cost of most of them is more or less the same. I also have seen the X-gray (Ray-series) models as well.

This one is different. It is a rasin kit. This should be a recent fan made release sold in limited quanty in WF or C3. (I recalled there were R-Types one or two years ago)

If you are interested, the seller might just sold it again in the next show. Try contact some professional model buyers and see if they could get you one on the next show.
*Meow* I am as serious as a cat could possible be. *Meow*
