Got my copy yesterday and just wanted to say that I really like what you've done with it.
Print quality and layout is superb and it's a nice read too. :D

I'd subscribe to a zine like this if it was made a few times a year. (hint! )
Thanks a lot for all the time and love you put into this!
Job well done. :!:

I beg to differ.
Amstel is a brand owned by Heineken, but as far as taste goes it's way (in a bad way) different.
It's my least favourite premium dutch beer by far.

Mine arrived today - if you ever do this again, you need to post them in bubble envelopes, the post office crunched one of the corners on mine.

I'll expect mine to be folded into an origami swan then. :(

Just finished reading my copy.
Absolutely beautiful. Got a great feeling reading it. Especially the 7BitCH ditty. Probably had to do with me being in Tokyo at that time. Can't wait to go back. :)

Looking forward to the next one!

Got mine this morning. . . .and in mint condition surprisingly. Must say it looks and feels absolutely first class. Love the size too because for some reason i was expecting it to be normal magazine size.

Had a flick through and i must say it looks very interesting . . .will give me something exciting to do while i'm sitting on the bog.

Great stuff, mate. Hope you find the motivation and energy to do another at some stage. 400 sales from online preorders is amazing.

I can't help but to think that it's that size to fit perfectly along with Gameside ;)

Just received mine, must say that was some pretty fast shipping to Australia (I expected at least another week).

Mine just came through the door! Holy crap at the quality of the thing.

I take it back, this is beyond toilet reading material like most magazines. This is armchair and a cuppa material without question and needs to be kept in pristine condition.

Got my copy in the post yesterday, it's very much a labour of love. Most zines I read these days are reserved to the underground/punk community, great to be able to read something dedicated to arcade culture for a change. Hopefully we will see more in the future, many thanks :)

I got my two copies today. Really looking forward to reading one copy. The other will remain unopened, sealed in its bright red packaging.

Hopeefully Pyongyand will become world famous for something in mainstream life and I can sell the unopened mint copy for enough of a fortune to fund the island with private nursing home/villa staffed by Penthouse pets that I have as a "hope to" on my list of things to do in this life...

Thanks everyone, nice to see more and more hitting doormats now! Thanks for the kind words too. I might do a volume 2 in the Summer, but doing just this one was quite a burnout.

@System11 sorry about that mate, part of the reason behind the envelopes I chose was because they are weatherprood and relatively tear resistant. Not sure what your postie was up to with the mahandling there, could have been the same with a flimsy jiffy? Either way my apologies for that.

Got mine today. Fantastic print job-- the whole thing is gorgeous. Quite a good read too!

There were some very minor things that bugged me about the design (certain font choices or layout decisions that I'd consider sub-optimal), but overall it was VERY well polished.

Excellent job Pyongyang. Would be more than happy to see another!

Got mine here in the US today. Already showed it off to a few gamers. All impressed. I'll be showing it off at a retro game expo next week. Please do consider a quarterly run. Lord knows you'd get several hundred subscribers.

I think you should charge double. If they sold out that quickly, your price was too low. This magazine is worth double, easy. Very good stuff.
