He's saying it provides circuitry associated with the credit mechanism / reporting on Taito cocktails.

I don't know much about Taito cocktails (dedicated vs. generic) and I can't see where in mine it might be plugged in (I might have pulled it out though).

Ah ok. ya i was thinking the same. Couldnt find how to connect this to my cab.

Good eye! I double checked but i dont see where it would fit

I think I should save those pictures for when I put the ol' Stratovox together. I noted the proximity of this board to not only the coin mechanism, but also that it plugs into the same box which houses the internal service (coin) switch.
