I know Pop n Music Portable 1 has a few, like the One Piece intro.
Are there more games you know of?

Technic Beat has Card Captor Sakura's Purachina
Music Gun Gun! 2 has Haruhi, Eva, Angel Beat, Nerduto, Lucky Star, etc
The Pop n Music series has tons of anisongs (I've played Cowboy Bebop, Sailor Moon and Rayearth's Openings on them)
Taiko no Tatsujin
Not sure about IIDX.

Stepmania. Then again, you can get pretty much any kind of music on Stepmania.

If you want to play a rhythm game with all your favourite anime music, you can use any CD with Vib Ribbon.

Not sure about IIDX.
Pop'n Music is probably the best, though they're almost always covers. Pop'n Music actually had two full releases dedicated to anime songs, though that was a decade or so ago.

Some of the newer ones have a bunch of anime and game music.

I played the Cowboy Bebop Theme and the Haruhi Theme on Taiko Drum Master 14.

Is this "anime music" or more like "jpop" or something? Might want to try Project Diva if it's not the former.
