Man, hungover. What an awesome night though. That club was fantastic, I want to go back! There's nothing in the uk on that level, the quality of everything is so high, from the sound system to the DJ's, to the live entertainment. Apparently the city is known for exceptionally good clubs, according to visiting Beijingers, so I'll need to check out some others.

As for being single, nah, fuck that all over again. It was nice to get ambushed for my number, but numbers lead to dates, dates lead to relationships, relationships lead to suffering.

I have a good thing going, it's just being a male with hormones and wanting to bang things that you can't, such is life.

I have about 20 gallons of beer I brewed in kegs right now, maybe closer to 15.
I have 15 more gallons of beer in fermenters that will be ready to be kegged in the next two to three weeks.
I'm brewing this coming weekend.

I am a hermit, I don't have any friends that live close to me (the ones who do don't drink beer.) Jesusfuck!

And somewhere beneath, a basement brewery, with the finest suds no-one will ever see or taste; magical concoctions of wheat, barley and hops that send the taste-buds to the moon and back, with no-one to drink it except you, the magical brewer, in a cosy log-fire lit living room, watching Conan the Barbarian.

Sounds like a patch of heaven.

My tolerance is still pretty decent, surprisingly. Helped a friend move, so he bought me a bottle of black cherry mead (honey wine). Then I got dragged to a jazz show from some lady we know. Had a couple of free beers there, as well as half a Mcgangbang earlier. I miss the boozing, but I certainly don't miss the hangover.

Hell yeah! Brewing is such a great hobby. I've got too much damn beer right now, and it isn't getting any better because I'm currently teaching a brewing class where, you guessed it, I walk away with another 5 gallons of beer.
