Decoration. Pretty cool that they used actual chains.
Dat Suika Delicious figures indeed.
As I'm not super-huge into Touhou fandom, seeing what seems to be an "official" figure surprises me a bit...thought that Zun guy didn't want it to get commercialised too much. Or was this some kind of exception or did I interpret him wrong?

Well, that was an dissapointment but nothing I didn't expect.
I'm afraid to ask -- what were you expecting?
Also, someone please start a figure panchira thread kthxbai
Some tentacles permaraeping her little underage snatch?
C'mon, even if those are figures/dolls/dunnowhat, kids shouldn't be depicted or even imagined in such a sexualized way.

You would have preferred the nine-year old without underwear?
That's one way to put it.
Though even the ones that have cast off panties and so on, are usually perfectly smooth under there, nothing is depicted.
Most cases just nipples.
Would be too lewd otherwise.

But... Wouldn't a tentacle fit this just fine?
(Let's not show pedotastic embedded images on the forum -Ghegs)
I've always felt a community is defined by it's worst members, as the other members tolerate or encourage the behavior of said worst members.
That being said, I really don't want to see this forum turn into some perverted dumping ground for Touhou fans who are only in it for the thinly veiled pedo shit.
Highly suggest removing all those creepy-as-fuck photos that were posted.
Yeah delete it, even if it "just" a model/toy its still gross as hell.
I myself cant accept that, it pedo and goss. I wish admin will delete it. Also ban him or something. I dont wanna come to this thread and see shit like that.
It disgust me, I wanna see games and cool arcade stuff
^ Chill. No need to talk of banning, he hasn't done anything that offensive. I was only poking fun, and I'm pretty sure the poster was being tongue-in-cheek about the whole thing.
Besides, he's certainly not the only one here into lolis, figurines and masturbation.
^ Yeah. At the same time, having those giant images instead of linking them and warning potential clickers of what's in store is probably poor judgement [anything a bit NSFW should get linked instead of bam!, have a picture].
Come check out my website, I guess. Random stuff I've worked on over the last two decades.

Indeed, tired of the line being crossed. Maybe I'll warn a few people or just firewall them for a week randomly. The key thing here is please don't give us a reason to, if you want to post creepy pictures, there are other forums for that.

^this.
I frequent this thread a lot, 'cause I like cool shit as much as the rest of you. I especially read the forums on the bus-commute to and from work. Yesterday I was in a packed bus, and well, over-the-shoulder lookers gave me the stink-eye from those pics.
granted, new guy is new, but seems like a little common sense should be utilized here.
Candy from Japan! This can only mean one thing: a package from rancor! This time, it's games:
Robot pinball-golf hybrid @field, virtual idol rhythm game Project Diva ƒ, and a bonus copy of furry action RPG Solatorobo he had lying around. Mega-fun times!

No I dont think he will be banned, I meant that I would ban him if I could. Sure many people are into that creepy stuff. In sweden those are illeagal. And truefull so. I got my right to think he is disgusting and creepy.
Also dont wanna start arguing Just think he's a creep thats all.
Time for some non-loli but perhaps equally pornographic scale toys!
Over the last 3 or 4 months I expanded/upgraded my Mini-Z garage - sold two MR-015 and replaced them with two MR-03 and one MR-02. The MA-010 at the right is the only one remaining from my original lineup but it is still being tweaked to find a stance and gear setup that is fast and stable and won't overheat. Also upgraded my radio to EX-1UR and got a new Maha C9000 battery charger. The Skyline in the back is a 1:32 HPI RS32, really nice handling car for the price.
Just took the wide stanced MR-03 for the first drive at a meet two days ago. Handling is night and day between that and the MR-015, the 03 corners like it's on rails and never comes close to rolling over. So damned fun Unfortunately my skill level is still at a point where a higher performing car improves my lap times. We still get spanked by one very experienced driver with a MR-015...
Also... rancor do you sell these Kit Kats? I'd like to try some (all) of those someday...

Not actively - they go in and out of production so fast I'd be constantly updating my website. At any given time theres usually 2-3 unusual flavors in production. Right now I think they're only making the pumpkin pudding, but I have a few of the other flavors stockpiled. Just send me a PM and I can let you know what I have and whats available.

I'm sort of curious about this stuff, but I don't think there's much of a scene for it over here. And I'd certainly want to test drive those things before buying any.

You really need to have some space and the right driving surface for them. I'm lucky enough to have a local club that owns some RCP track with a lap timing system, but the grip on EVA foam flooring is pretty good too and you can put this together yourself relatively inexpensively. Mini-Z are pretty fast, so to get anything more interesting than an oval or L, you would need at least 12' x 8' of space with 60cm to 90cm wide lanes.
The HPI RS32 is a much cheaper car and not really a substitute or competitor to Mini-Z, but I really like the handling aside from some minor gripes with the steering precision. It is much slower and can be practically driven in a smaller space, 8' x 6' with 30cm to 50cm lanes will be enough. This is what I play with at home, I basically only drive the Mini-Z at meets.
Are you near these guys at all? Found from a link on a Norwegian club's page. Search a bit more and don't lose heart!

They're about 40 minutes away by bus. Maybe I'll try 'n drop by there someday. I'm probably too lazy to go that far as a regular thing, and I don't have the space for even a small track myself.
But thanks for the link, nice to see there are at least some options.

The very 1st-gen Kyosho Mini-Zs from late 1999-early 2000, they really didn't have much in terms of hop-ups (other than obligatory ball bearings set, different tires, and an X-Speed motor) even in the Japanese R/C hobby shops of Akihabara district.
I did manage to buy one from a Japanese Toys-R-Us store for a mere 9,999 yen price tag back in early April of 2000 (the USA based TRU stores don't sell such Kyosho R/C stuff anyways) that came with one of those old-school Kyosho Prefex pistol-grip type of radio transmitters as part of the Kyosho Mini-Z "Ready Set". The American hobby shops hadn't gotten their Mini-Z shipments in yet and was unheard of. Now with those 1st-gen Mini-Zs, you had to carefully cut all the tiny decals and apply them by hand along with the backside brake light decal fixtures as well -- it was quite a tedious & very time consuming job but it was well-worth it in the end (there was no time to do such a half-ass job either, it was you'd "do it right the first time" or don't do it at all type of deal). Nowdays, with the newest Mini-Zs, you don't have to apply the decals as they're expertly applied at the factory (saving you valuable time and less time to get them up & running pronto).
Mini-Zs are quite fast if you drop in an X-Speed motor upgrade, add the appropiate oil-filled mono-shock and front springs for additional surface handling, add a racing differential, full set of minature metal ball bearings to replace the stock plastic bushings, and change the pinion gearing for all-out speed -- can't get any better than that, folks. By merely using 4 "AAA" sized alkaline-based batteries to power up both the integrated electronic speed controller and R/C reciever unit + motor, it really is a slick piece of engineering marvel to behold -- (racing them on a public-accessable tennis court is fun in itself). In the USA, it's just a matter of driving to a local tennis court and letting 'em rip -- priceless. Not to mention the driving range & radio reception is quite super far...I'd say a good two basketball courts lengths end-to-end or more easily.
Of course with the latest Mini-Zs, you can choose either a 2WD or 4WD setup for some insane drifting with the right set of tires, it's possible/doable.
On eBay, I'd recommend getting an already hopped-up Mini-Z chassis setup so you don't have to spend extra time & $$$ searching for the right parts as they're already supplied/bolted-on from the get-go. Pick out your favorite professionally pre-painted body shell, adjust the Mini-Z chassis to accomodate if it needed be and fire 'em up. What's cool for extra realism, you can add an optional LED lighting kit that includes both front driving and brake lights for some cool Mini-Z night time driving action. Easy as pie.

Nice!
almost everyone where I live is fucking insane with their craigslist prices, especially for anything arcade related. The Lansing, MI craigslist would be a great source for 'WTF Auction' threads. For example, someone wanting more than a candy cab is worth for a POS american SFII machine.
You might remember me from such movies as skate323k137 on neo-geo and racketboy forums.

Nice get! That's a good looking conversion too!
Looks to be a Williams cab, possibly a Joust 2 conversion due to the vertically mounted monitor. It looks to be in great shape.
