Crimzon Clover - So where's the worldwide release?

A long while back at the beginning of this year, GenkiPatton said that another company had the rights to Crimzon Clover: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/s ... stcount=58

Sorry, that was a bit vague - force of habit.

Crimson Clover is already licensed out to another company.

The year is almost over. No company has said they have Crimzon Clover. Is it never happening?
