basically using similar sounding words instead the grammatically correct words...
last ones a stretch coz it sounds a little off, unless your scottish, may be then it makes sense...

You're right, maybe the four images actually mean the same : "speak english".
After all, the fourth one dont have to be different from the others as it usually is.
