I'd say Sentimental Shooting, but that was a vert. As for the second one, it looks like Pulstar to me, but I haven't played into that one very much.

That's Earth Defense for the Genesis by Realtec (referred to in-game as "The Earth Defend"). It's a really cheap, shitty, unlicensed game that was actually released in some US stores and doesn't work properly on any emulator without a patch.

lol yeah its pretty small, a small square on her torso.
But its a very good thing ( in that case ) since it get pretty manic later on.
