Score Attack stages
I've spent some time in the last few days playing some Score Attack stages, and it has occurred to me that they're absolutely wonderful. I'm referring to the short extra stages that get thrown into games like Dangun Feveron (the Time Attack stage) or some of the Parodius Da! ports (the SFC and PCE ports have exclusive stages). My personal favorites include Harmful Park's Score Attack Stage and Blade Buster's 5 Minute mode.
There are other games that allow you to play the main stages separately and set records for each, but those have never held any appeal for me - they're more like a glorified practice mode.
I'm wondering if anyone has ever put together a list of games that offer special Score Attack stages (including Time Attack or Caravan stages)? Or in the absence of one, does anyone have any favorites they want to suggest?

I'm really liking DDP DFK's Arrange B mode. Each level is selected individually score-attack style and it motivates you to replay each level repeatedly as the bullet speed & density ranking affects your potential score and they increase or decrease depending on your performance. Rank isn't reset each time you play a level but stays at the level you got it to last time you played that level, so you have to build up the rank over multiple playthroughs to increase your score potential (and the difficulty).

Then you'd love Illvelo / Illmatic Envelope, since the entire game is nothing but Score Attack stages!

Re: Score Attack stages
A decent enough start can be found by looking up the High Score board index, and looking for caravan games (most are collected in one or two threads).
Coryoon: Child of Dragon has a decent enough score attack, a bit different from most due to the gravity-afflicted fruit.
The SNES Caravan Shooting Collection (well, SFC actually) has some fun games on it, but surprisingly does better as just regular STGs, unless you want to play Hector '87 for a score attack. Eh.
Terra Cresta II has a score attack mode, but the game seemed to suffer very badly from slowdown when I tried it out on an emulator.

Hellsinker has two really great ones, though sadly you can't play them as part of a full game.
Of course, that's just an opinion.

I can't remember the name, but in Sonic Wings Special there's a fun caravan-ish mode (boss rush against time). Tate at that (in a game that isn't exactly a port).

The Raiden Fighters games have some totally insane score attack modes that are easily accessible in the 360 port.
