Yeah, I'm late to the Batsugun party, but I'm glad I decided to play it at all. SUCH a good game!

Mainly posting this because it's my first time pulling off the Jupiter trick correctly, and my first time beating Ground of the Garaxy with no bombs, AND I broke 20 million. Screwed up the moving platform trick in Stage 5, and died pathetically when I should've been able to make it to the third loop, so hopefully this won't be my best score for long.

I can't believe this game was made by Toaplan.
Special Version
Jaimers - 91,736,910 - ALL - Type B (Beltiana)
Died on loop 3 Jupiter where I shouldn't have and missed the elevator trick in that same loop.
inp
I used a MAME called Mame64 for this run. I think it was a lagless one...? It was sitting on my computer and it worked for Batsugun so.

This was pretty much a blind run. I had played the game only once 6 years or so ago. Still, the improvement is amazing. When I first played it, I had to credit feed hardcore to get this far lol.
I actually could have made it a lot farther. I had 2 or 3 bombs left, but those damn stealth fighters from the back of the screen spawned on top of me ha ha.

Re: Batsugun (Normal and Special) [Toaplan, 1993/1996]
Prompted by CHI (who may of promoted me about three weeks ago ) I'm now sorting getting this thread rekindled. As moozooh still uses the forum most days, I've dropped him a PM to see if he wants to step back in to this one. If not, I'll get it restarted, unless, of course, somebody else is keen to take over. Let me know if that's the case, just to avoid duplication of a new Batsugun hi-score thread. But if there is somebody else eager, excellent, as I've probably hogged a few too many hi-score boards here!

Nothing from moozooh, and he's received two PMs and had a fair chance for reply. Anybody want to take this thread over before I do? You're welcome, of course!

CHI's stepped up! Let me know when you're done CHI, and I'll lock this one up and pop a link in the OP here to your new thread.
