If possible, could the copyright screen for Secret mode in 1.5 be "WELCOME TO SPECIAL ROUND"?

Haha, great counterstop. Can anyone actually explain how to make that happen though? I've killed the boss pretty much right out of the gate and couldn't get it to happen :-/

I just locked onto the 2nd midboss as soon as it appeared on screen and killed it in about 4-5 seconds (held a+c), then I got this endless stream of popcorn's. I did switch from lock to auto to raise the chip from 1 to 5 just before the rear part blew up though. Try killing it a second slower (when the boss is in the middle of the screen or closer to the right) and it should happen.trap15 wrote:Haha, great counterstop. That would be the game's chip counter suddenly catching up with the number of chips you actually have. Yo trap15 you should place these Arrange threads of yours in Development instead. Guaranteed you're bound to change from getting 1 person asking for news every couple of days to 1 person asking for news in a couple of months or your money back. 
I spotted the weirdness with the tanks myself for the first time actually. I can see it being a weird issue for later stuff like stage 5 but in stage 1 it seems somehow fitting. Yeah I know, I'm weird.

Nah, I like it, it's just that sense of loathing that one gets when one comes in contact with something for too long. Basically, I was either playing Ketsui, or hacking Ketsui almost the entire day for weeks straight. It's not a healthy thing to do

I've been playing a prerelease build that trap15 brought to the socal shmupmeet. Man, oh man, this game is awesome. Great work, trap15!
It's amazing how fierce even the St 1 boss can be at full rank. This is really an excellent arrange mode. I'm having a blast with it.

Nope, it has quite a good amount of gameplay tweaks as well. Mostly based on suggestions/criticisms from the 1.0 release. It's not '1.5' just to sound cool; it's kinda fairly different. You'll see on release
