If they are the same as Black Label and 1.5, destroying the silos in the first part of the stage before the enemy tanks destroy then and having an hyper ready for the midboss part.

Actually, I've noticed that I sometimes get into Ura without having a full hyper bar... I think it still requires you to blow up all the silos, but I think there is possibly some other requirement that's not full hyper. Full Red Gauge is possibly part of the reqs, but not sure.
