What's so hard to believe? It looks like he bought it a couple of months ago: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 8195989633

Well, there are still 3 days left in the auction...but the seller doesn't take PayPal and proudly advertises having 100% positive feedback, which while technically true, doesn't mean much when the said number consists of 2 feedbacks. His "Item must be returned within 3 Days"-return policy might also raise an eyebrow.

Yeah, I love how he boasts his 100% feedback rating when it consists of 2, and in both cases he was the buyer. Bid With Confidence!

I wouldn't touch that with a ten-foot pole. No pics of the actual game? Just a generic pic snagged from God knows where on the net? Suspicious.

The questions for this auction are pretty funny.

Q: I just want ask you somthing don't you thnk no one is going to bid on this game of yours? If you do want to get this amount of money that you are asking for you may want to start your bid with one dollar just think of it I just want to help you and also no one is going to pay you $300.00 for this game even if it's new...

Q: Hi! WOuld you ship the item first to germany and than i pay 300$ ?

Hmmm

Looks like the current buyer might be in for a surprise...

Hope he/she isn't too disappointed. But seriously, doesn't it seem odd that the seller would take such a loss (of money) in this transaction. Strange...

It's Radiant Silvergun. If you want to pay $400 odd for your own death, go ahead, just don't involve me.

It'll sell. Ebay morons always try to lowball you when you start auctions off at $1.

I accept payment through MoneyGram ONLY. Sorry we don't have PayPal in Saudi Arabia.
I take it this is a lie?

Is that not like saying I can't go to genericwebsite.com cause I live in brazil?

That one's probably true. See what it reads on Paypal's front page? "Send money to anyone with an email address in 56 countries and regions." Paypal doesn't just magically work from every country out there, they need to establish some connections and contracts with the banks of the country in question, I imagine.

With that sum, you can acquire a few pretty good PCBs

I got my RSG from eBay for around US$120, last year. I consider that is a good deal. 8) The seller accept PayPal tough.

I guess one cannot sell RSG at a high price at eBay without a good feedbacks. People just don't dare to trust you. That is quite a lots of $$$ anyway.

This has to be a lie. On the listing of the sealed Silvergun he bought earlier, the other seller clearly states he could only accept Paypal:
Payment is PAYPAL ONLY! NO OTHER PAYMENT METHOD , SORRY. Payment must be received within 7 days !!
So he buys Silvergun using paypal... and trys to sell it though "moneygram" claiming he cannot use paypal? Bull. A scam, hands down.

And with this guy living in Saudi Arabia I would not be too surprised if the money raised by this sale is to be spent on RPG's (no, not the videogames ;))!

Our peculiar arab friend either decided not to sell it to the winner of the last auction, or more likely, had a friend bid on it so he wouldn't have to sell it at such a low price.
What a scammer.

What i posted above is the number of the NEW auction. This time he has set a reserve.
