Bullshit isn't it.. Americans will be playing the game for weeks before it comes out in other PAL territories.Zeron wrote:krokodil_final wrote: My guess: First press was shipped to the uk, rest of pal gets the second one.

I guess I don't understand the American hate here. Anyone on the planet that's not in the UK has to buy it in the same manner at this time.. that'd be an importer or UK retailer. What the fuck does that have to do with Americans?spl wrote:Bullshit isn't it.. Don't understand why they couldn't co-ordinate a proper EU launch in all the PAL regions at once.
Not really American "hate".. it's just that NTSC-U is the other western market so I describe it like that.brentsg wrote:he same manner at this time.. that'd be an importer or UK retailer. What the fuck does that have to do with Americans?
It would've been a few dollars cheaper actually. I was stupidly under the impression all the PAL regions would get it on the same day like most other localized titles but unfortunately this was not the case.brentsg wrote:Gotcha.. Surely it couldn't be too expensive to grab a copy from the UK, aside from the taxes you guys have?
she didn't modify the settings from default afaik and she didn't restart. and i'm not onabout the true "clear". when i first played it through i sucked at it yet i still got the "Type A" and "Type C" achievements respectively per ship amongst the other achievements (element daughters etc).Chaos Phoenixma wrote:Like most cave ports, you must play with default settings and not use Restart to get achievements.
And doesn't the clear achievement require a 2-all clear? Which would mean 1ccing at least the first loop with looping conditions then just feeding the loop if you can't handle it?
It's about "realizing their actuality." And judging by the look on Jane's face, she's realized it a couple of times already.
I'm guessing publishing games across all PAL territories is a monumental task. There's also the small issue of translating the manual into several different languages for the the European market.spl wrote:It would've been a few dollars cheaper actually. No import tax in AU luckily for goods under $1000 so next time I will definitely import, just wanted to support the local stores you know.
Sure, but they could have them dated differently. That was not the case, that's why many are pissed (including me). I would have placed my order on a UK shop, but now it's too late. Shipping from the UK to Germany usually takes 7 days.MX7 wrote: I'm guessing publishing games across all PAL territories is a monumental task. That's also the most retarded thing ever, certain countries refusing to learn other languages (no offense to anyone who might feel offended)MX7 wrote: I'm guessing publishing games across all PAL territories is a monumental task. The time it takes for it to get here from the UK is probably the same time as it'll come out locally here. Was twice the time for me and Deathsmiles.spl wrote:Unbelievable.. UK have got it already.. Aus still says 30th!!! Why would it take so long?? Next time I will just import from UK. If Americans get their copy before its for sale in Aus - then yeah there's something a bit wrong with that.
German Amazon even postponed it to 16 Decemberthe.borg wrote:Damn it! I'm French and Amazon.fr sent me an email saying it'll be shipped november 10![]()
I should have bought it from Amazon.uk...But who would have known since they showed the same date!!
Now there's no snowball's chance in hell I'll be able to see my nick on the leaderboards.
Also, Americans (among others who imported it) playing it before the targetted customers sickens me a bit...
C'est dommage, mais we ordered from the same shops you have access tothe.borg wrote:Damn it! I'm French and Amazon.fr sent me an email saying it'll be shipped november 10![]()

If you are just trying to survive then strong is by far the easiest mode. It was originally locked on the PCB.Zaarock wrote:1cc'd 1.5 on my third try with B-Strong lol, this is maybe caves easiest game in terms of survival? Stage 5 is pretty nasty though but.. autobombs
“Fly to live and shoot ‘em all!” – Manabu Namiki
You can't hardly autobomb the first loop period if you want to even reach Hibachi. >.>Erppo wrote:Going for a 2-ALL with Strong is still a fun challenge. I think a normal 2-ALL is around a harder Cave 1-loop game in difficulty and an Ura clear should keep you busy for a while. You can't autobomb that much if you still have Hibachi to beat!
