This shit is harsh. I think this guy is probably a bit sadistic judging from the way that he seems to be enjoying the position of power while whipping the shit out of his daughter. The only reason I'm actually commenting about how it's not that bad, is because I was belted growing up too. My opinions on the whole matter is from my experience.

From what I saw in that video, it wasn't very bad. Also it didn't hurt all that much to her either. It does not look like abuse, but more of just corporal punishment. When I think of abuse, I think more in the lines smashing her into a wall, punching / kicking. You know something you do in a real fight.

It also doesn't help that the stuff she post online, makes her sound like some spoiled woman. Complaining about her much younger siblings getting more attention and how she hates kids because of it.
