Been a Siliconera reader for quite a while and this is most likely one of Spencer's (in)famous brainfarts. I'm sure he meant overseas (which isn't much clearer, granted)

Well technically, Otomedius Excellent is getting a North America release, which includes the USA and Canada. Two countries, counts as International. Although we all know I'm just being a dick here.

To be even more technical, North America also includes Mexico 8)

To be even more technical than that, North America is a continent.

The continent is actually "America" and it also includes "Central" and "South."

Here we go again with the "international" - stop getting my hopes up D:

Canada and USA are different countries, yeah, but it's the same damn release. :|

It's funny how language has evolved to the point where if a person says that he or she is American everyone knows that said person is clearly from the United States, yet people still nitpick over this.

I hope the Konami fanservice is worth the purchase. The anime girl fanservice would be better if there was more mecha girl silliness. But I guess Diol Twee being a slut and Tita Nium being some some sort of Bacterian defector works.

I haven't had Wild Turkey in a while. Maybe this game will give me a reason to have some again.
Why is it called the Vic Viper/Warp Rattler? Because the Options trail behind it in a serpent-like fashion, and the iconic front fins are designed to invoke the image of a snake's fangs.

It's too bad about the numerous delays. I was going to buy it as soon as it came out, but I've already bought other games that were released *on time*.

OT: In Spanish, the people from the U.S. aren't called "Americans." That'd be like referring to Japan as "Asia" and calling Japanese people "Asian" 8)

Yeah, I admit that was an inaccurate assumption based off jingoistic, American pop cultural depictions of Mexican dudes.

That's certainly a lot of syllables, though!

Yes, that is what I was called when I was briefly part of a Mexican Gears of War 2 clan. (Don't ask.)

That story had better end with "and I woke up in Tijuana next to a dead hooker and a donkey wearing lipstick."

So I went to GameStop last night to get something and decided to ask if the game was still supposed to come out today and they told me that it's supposed to ship on Tuesday, so in GameStop terms, that means the game might be available by Wednesday. Here we go again.

Amazon released the game.

"Usually ships within 1 to 3 months."

So that's why its listed as Temp. out of Stock, lol. Best Buy has it back-ordered, and GS is showing a 11/8 date, which is ridiculous. But who knows, since Metal Gear Solid HD Collection arrives on that day.

Other than that, the Marketplace info for this game is back online, so go get that free DLC catalog.

I assume this is an appropriate response.

Well, I just got back from my gamestop. They don't have it yet, but they're convinced that it will probably be overnighted to the store for tomorrow. Call your stores before you head out.

Gamestop lists it as 11/8 now, good luck selling any copies the day Modern Warfare 3 comes out!

The indy store I work at should get a copy in tomorrow, I'll post impressions if it does arrive.
