Finally confirmed!
Bacterion says "ass asshole asshole"

It sounds insulting and strange and you probably think I'm joking, but it's true.
He really says that.

And wouldn't it kind of make sence for him to say that after you've destroyed his entire army?

And I think Bacterion screams in the arcade version instead of this voice on the SNES version,But he doesn't say anything about being born from mankind's greed in the SNES version.
