How far are you getting now?

I have watched Khoa 1cc futari maniac on numerous occasions, and he couldn't beat all 3 loops of batsugun special! The suicide bullets on the 3rd loop are insane, they are almost as big as your ship!!!!

Just a heads up, especially for out of towners

DVP is closed this weekend, and the subway is shut down on the Yonge/University/Spadina line from Bloor to Eglinton.

Thank my g/f for the heads up!

I'm super pumped that I got the 1LC in Batsugun. And, as an added bonus, I beat Nate's score.

I know what Kernow was saying, I was questioning your "you're only half wrong" comment. I am neither blind or old?

That will just be the start. I come out of the first stage over 1500.....I think my max chain was 6000 something, but I tend to fall apart after the 3rd or 4th stage usually. Still score higher than everybody who comes out for meets, even the guys making it to the 4th and 5th stages.

Not going to take me up on the 6 beers challenge?

I would just keep playing Batsugun special and work on the second loop if I were you. I'm back playing it now too.

Hrmm ... best I've managed so far is about 900 ... I can consistently chain the whole first stage, but I'm obviously missing something.

Hahah well one problem is that I was playing with Auto on C off ... now I have to relearn things a bit, cuz I'm not used to it.

But the other thing is maximizing Bullet Breaks, which comes down to timing. Especially the medium-sized enemies that spray in different patterns, you really just have to memorize the patterns to capture as many bullets as possible, or starting the sweep slightly off-target to get more bullets, and then destroy them while they're still frozen.

To score properly you need to figure out what shot type(c or shiki) to use for different enemies. What you grab coins with(your character or your shiki) also comes into play quite a bit. I could just tell you but that would ruin the fun.

Also be aware if you have your shiki out and shooting with out actually shooting an enemy , it will drain your skull meter really fast. You should also practice stalling bullets, as there are some parts you will need to do this to keep your chain up before the next section comes in, just before the 2nd and 3rd stage boss' is a good example.
