Cheapest xbox 360 stick case?

I'm looking at buying a stick for my xbox 360, I was looking at the mad catz fight stick and then modding it with a Seimitsu LS-32 and buttons as they pretty much drop straight in i believe. But I wondered if theres a cheaper option that is easy to do? I.e a cheaper base stick to mod?

That's pretty much it as far as Xbox 360 sticks go - the bottom-end Horis are slightly cheaper but the work to change out the stick/buttons is a LOT more labor intensive on those and you're not guaranteed to even have enough room in the case to fit everything.
