I'm not going to argue about what you know about the game, but everything is situational in most cases, what you consider "easy" might not be so easy for other players, so please keep that in mind. As for Negative Penalty, even players who get hit with it aren't really suffering until they actually DO get hit...Jin is a primary offender of Negative Penalty, yet he still manages to get 3k on average, at least in CS2...ChainsawGuitarSP wrote:Throws are flat out useless due to being so heavily telegraphed, gold bursts cause guard crush for easy reversals, guard primer system severely limits the amount of blockstrings you can actually use to guard crush, which makes the game even more linear than it was before. Did I mention there's hardly any freedom in the way you can combo in this game? the worst offender by far is the 5F autofire that makes dropping your combos flat out impossible. Where's the fun in playing competitively when the game doesn't allow any mistakes from either end? oh yeah, and negative penalty is retarded. Backdash once too many times and now you take 2x damage. THIS IS A PERFECT WAY TO REWARD SOMEONE FOR PLAYING SMART.
I don't remember much about the changes made from CT to CS so excuse me if I'm a little off, but above all this game is just boring as shit.
If it's food for thought, the recent location tests for BBCS2+ are saying that there's greater pushback on Barrier blocking both on the ground and in the air, so that sounds like good news for people who hate dealing with constant combo pressure. Lots of buffs for characters recently too. Not sure if they'll stay though.
