Gigawing Generations TX pc

Hey guys i can run Gigawing Generations on my PC with the taito type x loader fine, but i noticed that every now and then i get this stuttering. The music never skips and it all seems to run great except for these odd random slowdowns. Anyone else run into this? Or is this how it runs on the Arcade too?

I also have the problems as stated above, pc spec or is it the same on the arcade? Raiden Iv is as smooth as butter on my pc btw

There is no stuttering on the original hardware. It was written and optimized for Embeded XP with only 256MB ram and a specific video card & driver. So no matter how 733t your PC is, you can still have these problems if you are running a different OS and video card.
