Help me ID this song/video

Mods, if there was a thread for this, I couldn't find it after digging for a while.

I remember seeing a video (I miss the old MTV) featuring a cartoon rabbit holding a cigar. He looked similar to the ones seen in the sex-ed cartoon they showed in Bart Simpson's class, probably a spoof of the original. In the background, footage of several rocket, plane and rocket-cars crashing or failing to perform spectacularly could be seen.

This is from the late eighties, early nineties.

The "Simpsons rabbits" are from a comic called "Life in Hell", made by Matt Groening before he invented The Simpsons. Don't know if it'll help you dig up the video you're looking for, but now you know.

Thanks for the info. The video is so old and oddball, it probably is not even available online.
