Hey,
Looking for a good 32in flat screen TV LCD or LED for Wii gaming. Any recommandations?? I am living in europe and my budget is up to ~max Euro 500/£450.
I am playing stuff like sin and punishment and punch-out so I am a bit concerned about input delay/response time and I also have no clue wether 100 Hz is best for the 60fps wii games...
And yes, I really want a flat screen TV and I know that is a bit sub-optimal for games
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Good Flatscreen TV for Wii gaming (sin and punishment...)?
Re: Good Flatscreen TV for Wii gaming (sin and punishment...)?
I think its LG and one other company that have some of the best flat panels out there latency wise these days. Check the hdtv thread on the tech talk section of shoryuken, or the lcd lag thread on avsforum

Panasonic would be the other manufacturer...

I was on slow internet and didn't want to load the avsforum again.
I still haven't actually found the model number of the panasonic though. Someone said dt30 but thats a 3d tv ???

Thanks for tipps!
If anyone is interested I decided to get a LG 32LD450 mainly based on the following info:

Arrived today and I am quite happy. Did not notice any input lag so far.

I have the 47 inch variant of that TV, and agree that the xxLD450 series is quite nice.
The only problems I've found with it beyond those listed in that avsforum link are that
The only problems I've found with it beyond those listed in that avsforum link are that
- it has a bit more motion blur than I noticed with a friend's Samsung (not sure what model he has, but it was definitely laggier so I prefer the LG overall)
- it only has two HDMI inputs and one component input
- it mangles 240p over composite (only used for my unmodded NES)
- it has no s-video input (the best way to hook up an unmodded N64)
- it doesn't work with 240p over component at all
