RQ: Soldier Collection PSP Translation?

Hi all! I finally got Soldier Collection for the PSP and am wondering if there is an online translation of some of the menus and options. Most of it is in Japanese and I'm fumbling my way through the menus. I'm also wondering if there is a Tate mode like on Star Soldier PSP.
