scart to PVM help

So I picked up a PVM monitor and I am making scart to BNC adapters for both Euro and Japanese styles of scart connectors like this one I made for JRGB cables


The Japanese one I had no problems with but when I tried out my Euro ones I ran into two problems. The fist was with dreamcast, I could not get it to sync...the other was with my genesis/mega drive, it syncs just fine but it does not show white colors (or so it seems) Here is a screen shot as you can see Axel's shirt comes out black instead of white.


Can anyone give me some insight as to what I may be doing wrong?

Japanese Scarts and others Scarts are different, if the japanese work the other should not and vice-versa if I'm not mistaken.

But maybe you're already doing 2 different adapters, in that case, never mind what I said^^

Yeah, two different adapters.

On the female scart socket on my adapter I have pins 7 for blue, 11 for green, 15 for red, and 20 for sync. I've quadruple checked it and everything should work...

crazy ... white as black? ... Not sure what's going on here - what pvm is it exactly?

I have a Pvm 20m2umd but it would be for a friends pvm 2950q. I'm trying not to buy one of those because I'm failing at making a cable. I just don't get it, the Japanese one was so easy to make...
