An application to create Resident Evil 1-3 type of game?
I'm desperately seeking for something in the vein of Game Maker to create a game in the same style as RE1-3 (with bitmap, not polygoinal backgrounds). Nothing complicated, but I searched high and low to find such a thing, and it failed. Help, please
In an alternate universal, Soldier Blade II has already been crafted by Hudson Soft and Compile with proper tate this time around (c) PC Engine Fan X!

The closest thing I can think of would be to build something with Blender Game Engine, but it seems like you're looking for something narrower than that.
