Perhaps Senko no Ronde or Under Defeat will be playing on a Microsoft system. From the X360 Summit in Tokyo, G.Rev is said to be working on a title to be announced. See http://www.gamespot.com/news/2005/07/25 ... 29703.html.
Might make sense, as it will be easier to get Japanese shops to carry X360 games (at least for a little while) than new DC software. Still, as a US gamer I'd prefer a DC/PS2 (heck, even PS3 or Revolution) port, as X360 is not interesting enough for me to import a system, and I really doubt we'll see a US port of any Japanese X360 shooters. I think most self respecting shooter fans already have the ability to play DC/PS2 imports.
Remember too that a developer said to be working on a TBA title for an unreleased system is far from a guarantee that anything will ever come out. If that was the case, we would have played Microsoft games on Dreamcast (remember Combat Flight Simulator?) and countless other developers listed as making games that never came out for every recent console. But I must say, it's a surprising possibility...
Still hoping for DC ports of anything G.Rev makes on Naomi though...
G.Rev working on a X360 game? Interesting...

Wow, suddenly my 'Senko no Ronde on Xbox Live' wish from a few months ago doesn't seem so far fetched?

I'd like Microsoft to take the brave step of eliminating region controls on a proper system. Sadly I don't see it happening, and if the 360 starts to get shmup ports, I'll have to import a JP system and have 2 360s to match my pair of PS2s.
