Problems downloading Team Shanghai Alice Shmups....

Post by dave4shmups »

I've gotten on their website, but I cannot find ANY links to download even demos of their games! And I'd really like to try them out, given how much people on this site rave about them.

You can find the demos at www.shrinemaiden.com

You're in for a treat with these games.

Paletweb has them for sale, too, and their prices are nicer than Himeya's: http://www.paletweb.com/

jiji speaks the truth. I paid $26 per title through Himeya... Palet's selling them for $18.

You know I tried these out, and was a bit underwhelmed,

Music was great, and bullet patterns were good too,

But I couldn't get over the weak sound of the bullets hitting their targets made it all kinda bleh

your oppinion. for me, those are some of the BEST shmups for the PC platform, and i've played plenty of stg's on the PC. and teh fact that those games are made by ONLY one man, makes them even better (for me, again).

I looooove the Shanghai Alice games. All of them just got reprinted, so now's the time to buy 'em if you're interested. It's hard to say when they'll be available again once this run sells out.

My guess is that they'll be avaliable again when Phantasmagoria of Flower View comes out, if this print run sells out. Telling by the way palet web restocks them, I doubt the print run is limited.
