LS-40 on HRAP Plus other queestions

Post by Shelcoof »

Hey Folks

I'm wondering if I'm able to fit an LS-40 (neogeo stick) onto my HRAP3. I think I read elsewhere a long time ago that it wasn't possible or it wouldn't fit properly. I can't remember where and I no longer remember where I read it. Just need some confirmation or info on what I can actually do.

I really love using my LS-32(01) and PS-15 push buttons playing Shmups on my 360 and MAME. I want to do the same playing fighters but for Fighting games I have full Sanwa stick.

I'm really interested in going all Seimitsu and the reason for me choosing the LS-40 over the LS-32 is because the LS-32 pops out occasionally and for this reason it doesn't work right for me when playing fighters. I hear the LS-40 does not have this problem so it might be the right chose for Fighters.

So can anyone let me know if it's possible to fit an LS-40 onto a HRAP? If not possible a better solution?

Thanks

Btw does anyone know if Seimitsu makes white PS-15 pushbuttons? There are only a few available colors last I checked on Akihaba shop.

This blog has got heaps of pics on how to put various Seimitsu sticks into many cases. Take a look at the hori ones, I think there may be some LS-40 installs on there.

He sells parts pretty cheap too - I've bought stuff here before and it's arrived very quickly.

The colour list for buttons and balltops are listed also.
