Thanks for the link Drachenherz, though I dont see it here yet either. Based on what you guys are telling me and what I theorised it'll be pretty late tonight for me if not November 11 before I get to see it (CST). Good to see you CAN tinker with position and height as well as TATE mode and optional smoothing.

10 minutes till the 10 AM GMT mentioned by bcass. Ive been checking the website all day today. I'm fairly certain this is the page here: http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-AU/Games ... eleaseDate

Sorry for the dumb questions

Is there any difference (of the game itself) between buying Guwange from the European Marketplace or the JP Marketplace?
Will it affect to the language displayed?
I already have 800 (European) MSP waiting and, as far as I understand, can't be used in the JP Marketplace. But I'm willing to purchase JP points only to avoid that horrendous romanization of the title screen!!

As soon as i get out of the job, will try to purchase that.

Hihi, I'm soooo looking forward to see my score without translating it from japanese to the latin numbers. :-D

Although I suck at this game, so those numbers won't be to exciting for the next months I guess. Oh well... Somebody has to occupy the lower ranks of the food chain... :-P

thx. no probleme of being not gold, I guess to show up in my friendslist and in the world-wide ranking, silver should be enough, shouldn't it?

You know, I read in the strategy-section that it is good to build up rivalries, hehe. It should help improving one's game... ^^

Indeed, and I'm certain there'll always be room for improvement with a game like this. My God, the Xbox 360 Arrange Mode gets you LOTS of coins.

How is the game graphics-wise? Did they improve the graphics like with their full retail-releases (Mushi, Esp 2...) or is it the arcade graphics (minus scanlines? )

Thanks for the link as well.

I typed Guwange into the search option on the Xbox site in the UK and it shows no results.

What a ballache.

Have it queued to download when I get home tonight.

Edit: Search now bringing up results.

You can alternatively just go to all games/genres/shooter/G from the 360 marketplace, should show up in any region.

The twin stick 360 version is stupidly easy. Anyone that's familiar with the game should get the 1CC first go.

Too bad I'm playing with a stick... Wait... With the madcatz tournament edition, you have the possibility to switch between left thumb stick, d-pad and right thumb stick via a lever... THAT would be a real challenge, playing the 360-Version with the stick and switching the sticks via the lever all the time... *irony-mode off*

EH? The game is in forced widescreen if you use a resolution under 1280x720. Is this for real? Are you fucking shitting me?

It's arcade graphics as far as I can see.

And yes, Xbox 360 Arrange is very easy indeed. I just got up to Stage 5 without losing a life and with 25000 coins. I'm glad Cave took this route - one as it was in Arcade, one harder mode, one easier mode.

It should be available everywhere now, GET IT NAO

And I dunno about 4:3, I havent seen the option yet. Try looking round the Options menu.
I'm using an old-school TV and I get black bars above and below.

It's also letterboxed on 1280x1024 , so yeah.. always forced widescreen. I wonder how they managed to mess that up.

Yeah, and it can't be stretched vertically without expanding horizontally.
