But sadly, the Frisbee golf is my new guilty pleasure.

I believe it is just the arcade version, without the stand alone extra´sPhellan Wolf wrote:Is the Time Crisis 4 included in the compilation the same game with the same extras as the stand alone one???
Chances are high that the english version will also be on the disc.D wrote: anyway I am now leaning more toward getting the US version because I am afraid the Japanese version will be Japanese only and no English text! which you really need for this game....it seems....
You need text for a light gun game? Huh?D wrote: anyway I am now leaning more toward getting the US version because I am afraid the Japanese version will be Japanese only and no English text! which you really need for this game....it seems....
That's odd. I sure hope Namco will have a patch later- I really wanted to be able to use a DDR mat for the pedal. Having to reach on top of the gun seems awkward. We now need a 3rd party pedal that somehow functions as one of the Move buttons. Holding a MG attachment will be kind of funky on the PS3- esp. when I have my right hand holding the gun up front when playing on the arcade version.Fudoh wrote:Got this today and even got it running after minutes after minutes with a system update and the 3.5gig installation for Deadstorm Pirates. Of course I tried Deadstorm Pirates first and it's great fun. Colorful arcade action at it's best.
After that I tried TC:RS for the first time and I could already kill some Namco exec for not allowing me to use the move controller in one hand for shooting (with the gun attachment) and the navigation controller in the other hand for reloading. It could have been real fun this way, but no, someone had to screw up. For some reason TC:RS sees the navigation controller as an additional player instead of mapping the buttons to Player 1.
I wouldn't mind using the move controller for both actions (shooting and reloading), but with the gun attachment, there's no way one can use the buttons on top of the controller. They just can't be reached with the hand on the trigger... Using the other hand to press the buttons on top of the move controller seems way off and just feels bad. What a shame...
TC4 is simply the arcade mode from the PS3 release, with none of the extras.Phellan Wolf wrote:Hey Fudoh could now that you have the game could you take a look at TC 4. I know that someon has already stated that is only the arcade port but now that the game is out and that you0ve played it I wanted to know if it really is the arcade or it has all the extras that has the Guncon 3 version.

In Stage 1's clothing shop I didn't seem to be able to tag the hanging light fixture for some reason (I would do that in the arcade to hold combo, but on PS3 I found something else nearby). It is identical in all other ways, however. The game's shield button behavior is set to "press" by default but it can be changed back to "release".Smraedis wrote:*dies*gameoverDude wrote:TC4 is simply the arcade mode from the PS3 release, with none of the extras.
I'm used to playing Razing Storm one higher than normal anyway, but is the game the same every other way?
Okay, that doesn't sound too bad, I can usually catch the light when the camera pans, I wonder what it will be like on this version.gameoverDude wrote:In Stage 1's clothing shop I didn't seem to be able to tag the hanging light fixture for some reason (I would do that in the arcade to hold combo, but on PS3 I found something else nearby). Ahh hmm, its like PS3 TC4 all over againgameoverDude wrote:I gave Ranking mode a try tonight, and got a 1CC score of 3189270, which is about 300K below my score at Dave & Buster's. My max combo for this run was 742, and the time was 15'53"40. Currently this record stands in 7th place.MAT@DGZ is currently in 1st. He has about 3.8M for now but will probably bump that up to match his arcade score (that 4M one he's got on Youtube) soon.
IGN can walk the plank for that one. How can they say these three games are not "well-designed"? And so what if the games don't take an hour to beat? Time Crisis 4 is "shockingly difficult"? Ryan Clements must be a lousy game player or this must be his first time playing TC4. What an IGNorant review.Smraedis wrote:IGN gave it 4.0

No increasing frothing demand for this great game
I love how that review has become the divine example of IGN's failing.UnscathedFlyingObject wrote:I completely stopped caring about what IGN has to say after the horrible God Hand review.
