You mean aside from when he started up his forum, pulled all the guides down that he'd posted here replacing them with links, and then threatened me with copyright laws if I reinstated them? Now of course most of them are broken.

I'm not choosing sides dude, just saying I was unaware of any difficulties (including what you mentioned) prior to this event. If there's been a history of issues, I'm pleading ignorance - I just figured everyone was jumping on the guy's case because he locked down his forum.

If he so-called "dislikes administrating", why did he deliberately create a forum to administrate, having the majority of the members (approx. ~98%?) come from here, provide "content" with pre-existing reviews and strategies (to of which I've corrected but I'm pretty sure nothing was done about it), also originally from here, and all of which he has power over?

I knew I was going to get banned, even before the first time I joined there. After all, he hates me. This is a good thing though; a sign of weakness, that someone you'll never even meet is a hindrance. It really sets the tone to how susceptible to trivialities some are. He can't help himself. Sure enough, I had 10 posts before my account was outright deleted, for calling him Icycalm here. None of this had anything to do with the forum in question.

Second time, after addressing one of his deleted posts on this forum (which he denies ever making, despite admins (not mods?) still being able to see them), he changed my title to "complete fuckwit" for awhile. None of this had anything to do with the forum in question.

Third time, I disagreed with one of his impressions. Don't worry, this post was actually on the site this time. I knew it was coming, lol, any excuse will do. Probably because oh, I don't know, he's incapable of giving proper impressions without proceeding to adjust/reneg them. This is not what an initial impression is. There's also a whole bunch of deleted posts of mine--on there--in regards to asking him if he was selling an item still.

It isn't that he doesn't like administrating, or doesn't have the time (yet enough time to spawn all this, but nice try); it's that he can't administrate without letting his personal matters take control, and insists on carting crap from this forum into his own. Kind of like icycalm. Isn't it funny how he hasn't changed at all, over the years? I've genuinely tried to resolve things but he's incapable of manning up.

I do like the counter-argument of "it's his site". It was meant to be a resource for Cave related news (disregarding all obvious else), never a closed community. If it were initially a closed community to begin with, it never would have been active.

That's not much of a stretch, and not a unique to anyone. There's quite a few people here that think you're a bitch, and I'm sure plenty of them would ban you from their forum if they had one. You got banned from here for fuck's sake, which takes serious work. Icy went off the deep end in a rant. Shoe called Ghegs a pussy. Figher17 had to post racially charged hate. None of these were isolated incidents either. So, if you can join the ranks of these legends it stands a fair chance you'd get banned from cave-stg.

"Quite a few people" have no tact--examples are constantly dispensing themselves--especially if they ban someone over petty things like personal grievances, instead of actual reasons.

Well, that's tricky since I have a no-ban policy. I've never banned a proper user (only Spambots). I do, however, have another policy that EOJ I think borrowed from me when he name youd Resident Fuckwit. gamengai has a member w/ the title "Resident Fuck You". Recap has pissed off most of the long term posters at gamengai, but his account is fully functional. He just doesn't use it now. Of course, he gets poked fun at until the cows come home when he does come by, but that's rare.

If someone wrote enough shit about me personally then yes, I probably would. But, it's just not my style.

And, I must apologize to shoe. It was Zweihander that called Ghegs a pussy. Or something along those lines. It's hard for me to forget a pussy reference.

But it was good that Yagawa got subsumed by the company and continued making excellent shooters.
