A local sub shop has a "2 for $10" special that seems to have been going on for ever, and that ends up being about $2 more than one sandwhich with soda and a side.
The fact that it is a "limited time" deal coupled with the fact that $2 something more for TWICE AS MUCH FOOD!!! adds up to a major case of eyes being bigger than my belly.
Why don't I save half of the food for later? Why don't I just save the $2? Because I am a fat guy.
A very full and fat guy. Guh.
And as I am a gamer who lives by his lonesome, I at least don't have to worry about ruining any dinner for anyone else.
I ate too many sandwiches.

I would be one of those shut-ins that needs to be pried out of his bed, were that their deal.

Would need a candy cab then, pulled right up to the bed.Thjodbjorn wrote:I would be one of those shut-ins that needs to be pried out of his bed, were that their deal.

That's pretty awesome. I'd be eating sandwiches 2 or 3 times a day at that price.
Feedback will set you free.

2 for 10 is a good deal. I'd probably eat there everyday, and save the rest for dinner.

That will probably be stupid, but if you repeatedly cannot control your eating when you go to that place, is it possible for you to never go there in the first place if you'll end up being so unhappy about the end result? As a rule, it may be awfully hard to restrain your eating especially if you are alone, though

Re: I ate too many sandwiches.
Well, I do only eat there about twice a month because of how impossible that "deal" is for me to resist. I am glad that it's the only place where I seem to have no idea how to not eat everything available.
