Radiant Silvergun Defaults?

While switching from Saturn to Arcade mode (is there any way to avoid doing this every time?) I somehow managed to also change the extend setting. I then realized that I have no idea what the default for extends is. What is it? Or better yet, is there a way to revert all options to their defaults while preserving scores and play time?

I think the extends go first at 1,000,000, then every 5,000,000. I can't remember how the options are set up, I just remember setting it to arcade mode once and never having to change it again.

Really? Mine reverts to Saturn mode every time but saves everything else.

default extends are:
first at 3million
second at 5million

I'll take Plasmo's word for it. I haven't played it in a while and he'd probably know better than I would. I could also be full of crap about saving as arcade mode. I just don't know anymore...
