Why?
As far as I can work out from Google Translate and a bit of observation, when Blade Motion Stop is on then there's a momentary freeze when your blade strikes a medium-size enemy. With Blade Motion Stop off there's no freeze. That's it, nothing else.
So what's the point of this? It seems such an arbritrary, random setting in such a pretty,pretty game.
