Your right its just buying and selling, giving people what they want. And so is the ticket tout industry. The thing is that (if RHE has sold all 500 LE copies) other ppl besides yourself would of bought those 20 copies anyway. Now those ppl will have to come to you and pay your marked up prices.

RHE develops, produces and markets DUX. Wheter the game is good or not is open to debate, but you can't neglect the fact that he put a lot of work into it. elmagicochrisg the buys tons of copies of the game at standard price in the hope of selling them later on with at a higher price. elmagicochrisg fails to make money on RHE's work and therefore goes into a rage.

I'm really disappointed on the delay and the way this issue with Dux is being treated, with no solid forecast for a correction.
After all, the game is downright flawed and unplayable - under a hardcore standpoint - and I really wish I could play it because I like the art design, the music and the overall feel of it.

I think there should be a note on the main hucast.net blog about these issues and any ongoing action that's being taken (or not) in order to address the patched disc. It sure isn't nice for a product that should be as polished as it sounds, but it would be an honest attitude towards those who trusted the developer from day one.

If we are being honest, this is closer to home for him. If he really believed what he said about a free market economy then he would not be jumping all over RHE because nobody wants to take the games off his hands. It really is about his dumb idea to make money that he can't face now.
