Gokujyou Parodius pcb Help!

My first post here and it happens to be a quick question.

I just got a Gokujyou Parodius pcb (my first shmup pcb). I have been having trouble figuring out how to access the options menu on the pcb to adjust the volume. My cab doesn't have a test or menu button wired to it and the manual I got for the board is obviously in Japanese. I know some Konami boards have a small test button right on them. Is this board like that? If so, what does it look like? Thanks for any help!
