Yes i believe they are QD's, the stick has soldered terminals but are easy to remove and replace.

strangest thing!
I clicked the link in the first post and the price came up $79.78.
I added it to my cart, and on the right side of the screen (in the cart preview) it showed the price as $89.99.
I went back to this post and clicked the link again, and the price was $89.99.
...so then I went to my actual cart for check-out and hte price was still $79.78. ...so i paid for it! free shipping and all!
even now, if you search Amazon for "EX-SE" the price is still shown as $79.78, but when you select the item the price goes back to $89.99
...somehow I slipped one into my cart at the $79.78 price!
My lucky day! And don't even own a 360! lol

just checked again, and searching "EX-SE" returns the item at $89.99
can't imagine how that happened, but I have my email order confirmation and I was definitely only charged $79.78.
