How to unlock secret Canyon stage Death Smiles

Can someone help me out with this,.
Yesterday i received the DS kit and unlocked the extra characters, only for some reasen i can't find the secret ice stage.

According to the picture, at the titlescreen you have to put in credit, the press all buttons on P2 side and input the unlock codes on P1 side. If it works, you will hear a barking dog sound.

What revision of the game is this, it says something like "2007/10/09 MASTER VER" when the game boots up.

Do you have any other version than this ?

Do you think you could scan your instructions please ?
