I got the game a few weeks ago. Spotted a copy at Gamestop and just couldn’t wait for the Amazon copy to arrive. Now I have two.
If your copy from Amazon is still sealed and you still have the receipt from Gamestop, just take it back to Gamestop and get your money back. I've done it a few times with games where I couldn't wait for them to arrive in the mail.
Gradius III & IV for PS2, aquired in very good state. Looks like decent looking copies for sale in Europe getting rarer and rarer, so I did not hesitate.
It's a great little Shmup called Soukyu Gurentai for the PS .
The original Saturn version has a bit less slowdown but the PS port has some added fmv and an extra ship to choose from .
Got it for a great price in excellent condition with spine and reg card but customs charged me 22,50 € tax and import
which is crap because i never had to pay customs before on any imported game .
Still a very good deal and happy with the game though

I had the same when I ordered Salamander Deluxe Pack from PlayAsia. It seems just a case of bad luck (or you can ask the shipper to adjust the invoice amount for customs purposes only).

Do sell me the spine and reg. You'll get that tax fee back, and then some.
Muchos años después, frente al pelotón de fusilamiento...
Lol, the last shmup I boughted was a Korean (Samsung) version of Trouble Mania 2...it really looks like a pirate, on the outside. Pretty sure it's legit but holy cow the paper slip is badly done. The fourth gameplay photo on the back of the box isn't even in focus Manual's not so bad though, aside from the front cover. And the cart is pretty nice, even with a molded "Samsung" in it.
Psyvariar 2: The Will To Fabricate get. Pained me a bit to trade off my PS2 copy of Ultimate Final (wonderful superplay disc), but god damn I love Naomi ports on DC in VGA.
Ok, after months since I got Imperishable Night and Perfect Cherry Blossom, I finally put my claws on the reprint of Layer Section aka Ray Force aka Gunlock for PC.
And just for the sake of being annoying, I'm also collecting the Touhou Pianoforte series. The music of Touhou is definitely made for the piano, I wish ZUN would stop using that over the top e-trumpet. And Layer Section's red book audio is fucking ace.
NOW REACHES THE FATAL ATTRACTION BE DESCRIBED AS "HELLSINKER". DECIDE DESTINATION.
Dragon Blaze for PS2 (PAL) :
No bad game but not exactly what I expected. Small playing field and again quite a noisy disc which annoys me (CD based game).
Kaitei Daisensou / In The Hunt for PS1 (JPN) :
One of the few shooters I played in an arcade actually, during a Holiday in Spain ages ago. I was greatly impressed with the amount of detailed destruction back then. Feeding credit after credit I made it untill the Poseidon boss. Then most probably I was out of cash, or my parents lost their patience and dragged me away Good memories and playing it on MAME works good as well. Being a fan of the game, I should own it on a disc as well.
