I know aliens crush, devil's crush and jaki crush are given must plays... i've also tried Flipnic for the ps2, but i'm looking for similar experiences that of the naxat/compile games. What i mean is, well thought out themed pinball video games :p
Odama looks nice, but voice control seems a bit messy...

The Pro Pinball games (at least Timeshock and Big Race USA) would be good ones to check out, although they can also get just a bit too complex for their own good. Somewhere around here I've got those ones for PC, but I believe PSX versions of those exist as well.
